The third session of "His Daughter's Name" concluded earlier today, and a recap has been written. You can check it out on the page and read the latest exploits of Princess Selena's special task force, as they venture into the mining town of Crest.

So, aside from catching up on YouTube and brainstorming my next D&D session, we've also reached a milestone! 50 pages! In recognition of this particular event, I decided to make the 50th installment of the story a tad longer. About three times longer than average, I think. Or so. Granted, it's not much different from usual, but it felt right.
This year is shaping up to be pretty interesting so far, and I hope you're enjoying the story.
Here's to the next 50!

The summaries for the first two sessions of my D&D campaign—"His Daughter's Name"—have been written, and they're now up on the My D&D Campaign page.
On a completely unrelated note, I've been looking up new stuff for a game that I recently got back into: Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. It's one of my favorite MMORPGs; fitting, since I've been a fan of the Final Fantasy series for a long, long time.
Oh. My. God.
New race, new jobs, new mounts, new mini-games, new EVERYTHING. I am so happy right now.
If you don't know anything about this game, and you're curious about it, I'm currently working on a series of it on my YouTube channel, Story Time with Iced Blood. Check it out here.

A new page has been put up today, a D&D page where I will be chronicling the running of my first campaign as a 5th Edition Dungeon Master. This page will detail the plot points, as well as any interesting mechanics or events that took place during the session. So far, only the introduction is complete, but there have been two sessions so far, and I'll be summarizing them for the page soon—hopefully, later on today.
Hope you enjoy!

Good morning to ye, fair travelers! Welcome to my news page!
This is the first installment of a news post section for The Company of Wandering Kings, and the main reason I have finally decided to make one is to make mention of the other new page that's been added to the blog today: Inspiring Word.
What is Inspiring Word? It's a place for me to talk about the innumerable influences that have shaped the world of Avorah, and my growth as a writer. As a reader, I'm always interested in finding out the different sources that artists use to build their work, so I thought I'd put mine out there, just in case there are any folks like me out there who also find it interesting.
Also, it's for me. I want a list of things that inspire me, to remind myself why I do this, and how I do it, and what's led me to it.
You've reached the end of the line!
This is the end of the news archive. Let's get some links out of the way, shall we? Just in case you'd rather use these. If not, you can always head back to the top of the page and use the bar beneath the logo.
To find the most recent pages, you can head home. You can also start from the beginning of the story, or find specific pages and chapters in the Table of Contents. Care to learn more about Moonguard? Gotcha covered. Want to know about me? We got that, too. What about my various inspirations? Yup. That's there, too.
